With proper installation and care, our polyurea and polyaspartic coatings can last 15–20+ years. They're designed to handle heavy traffic, hot tires, chemical spills, and daily wear without peeling or fading.
Our standard coating starts at $8 per square foot, all-inclusive. This covers full surface prep, diamond grinding, base coat, decorative flakes, and UV-stable topcoat. We also offer a full-service garage prep add-on for $1/sq ft.
Most installations take just one day. We prep the concrete, apply the coating system, and let it cure — all within the same day — so you can get back to using your space quickly.
Epoxy is a traditional coating that works well but can yellow over time and takes longer to cure. Polyurea/polyaspartic coatings are 4X stronger, UV-stable, cure in hours instead of days, and offer superior flexibility and adhesion. We recommend polyaspartic for most residential projects.
Yes! Polyaspartic products cure well in a wide range of temperatures, so we can install year-round here in Texas. Extremely hot conditions may shift the start time to early morning, but we'll coordinate everything to ensure the floor is installed under ideal conditions.
